After figuring out the problems, thinking of solutions, and planning my next steps, it was time to learn more using different research methods.
I interviewed five people to understand what features they expect from a shopping app and how it can simplify the purchasing process. Here are some sample questions

To gain a deeper understanding of our target audience’s needs and preferences, we conducted an online survey using Google Forms. This allowed us to gather structured feedback and uncover valuable patterns that inform the development of a shopping experience tailored to busy parents.
Twenty parents participated in the survey, sharing insights into their shopping habits and expectations. Their feedback was instrumental in identifying key areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the app. This collaboration provided us with a well-rounded perspective on what parents look for in a family-focused fashion app.
